This policy explains what RamiRealEstate.com collects, why, and what you can do about it. It covers this website only. It does not cover Nick Sadek Sotheby’s International Realty as a brokerage, the MLS, or any third party site you reach from a link here.

What this site collects
Information you give me directly
When you submit a form on this site, whether that is a consultation request, a home valuation request, a guide download, or a general message, the form collects the details you type into it. That is typically your name, email address, and phone number, and on some forms a message, a property address, a budget range, or a target area.
These submissions are emailed to me and also stored in this website’s database so I do not lose them. I use them to reply to you and to help you with the buying, selling, or financing question you contacted me about.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this one records technical information when you visit. That includes your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how long you stay, and the site or search that sent you here. This comes from the following services:
- Google Analytics and Google Search Console , used to understand which pages are useful and how people find the site.
- Meta Pixel , used to measure advertising and to show ads to people who have visited this site. This one is genuinely advertising related, not just measurement.
Property search
The property search on this site is powered by Showcase IDX, a third party service that displays MLS listings. If you create an account, save a search, or favorite a property, Showcase IDX stores that activity and I can see it. That is the point of the feature, and it is how I know what to send you. If you would rather browse without any of that, you can search without registering.
Scheduling
Booking links on this site go to Calendly, which is a separate service with its own privacy policy. Anything you enter there is held by Calendly, not by this site.
What I do not do
I do not sell your personal information. I do not rent or trade it. I do not share your form submissions with other agents, lenders, or vendors as a lead list.
If you ask me to introduce you to a lender, an inspector, a contractor, or another professional, I will share only what is needed to make that introduction, and only because you asked for it.
Cookies
This site uses cookies and similar technologies for the analytics and advertising services listed above, and to keep the property search working across pages. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking them will not stop you from reading the site, but parts of the property search may stop working properly.
How long information is kept
Form submissions and email correspondence are kept for as long as I may reasonably need them for our working relationship and for the record keeping that California real estate practice requires. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of the services above. If you want your information removed sooner, ask.
Your California privacy rights
California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act. Those include the right to know what personal information is collected about you and how it is used, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross context behavioral advertising.
As stated above, I do not sell personal information. Because this site runs the Meta Pixel, some advertising activity may be treated as sharing for cross context behavioral advertising under California law. If you want to opt out of that, contact me at rami@ramirealestate.com and I will action it, and you can also use your browser’s cookie controls or a Global Privacy Control signal.
You will not be treated differently for exercising any of these rights. To make a request, email rami@ramirealestate.com or call 408-888-5144. I may need to verify your identity before acting on a request about your data.
If you request a guide, a market report, or a valuation, I may follow up by email. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not stop me from replying to something you asked me directly.
Children
This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 16. I do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
Security
This site uses HTTPS and standard hosting level security. No website can promise perfect security, and I am not going to pretend otherwise. Please do not send sensitive documents such as tax returns, bank statements, or identification through a web form on this site. When it is time for those, I will point you to a secure method.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
